Diagram linking provides a means to extent the sequence of actions on the same hierarchical level.

1. Create the root diagrams that you want to link

Follow the instructions here


Let's assume that we have created 2 root diagrams that we want to link, so they are executed sequentially.


First root diagram


Second root diagram


2. Link the diagrams

Select the end event of the first diagram, and click the right mouse button. The context menu is displayed.

Select [Link...]


The [Maintain links] window is displayed

Select the second root diagram

Click the [Apply] button


3. The diagrams are now linked

4. Navigate between linked diagrams

You can navigate between linked diagrams by clicking the end event of the first root diagram or the start event of the second root diagram.
